Project Architect Posting
This Project Architect position requires self-management and a minimum of supervision. They will be collaborating with a Project Manager and will need to have the skills and motivation to carry multiple projects from conceptual design through working drawings and construction administration. Essential to success in this position will be the ability to understand and coordinate the work of sub-consultants and supporting staff. Candidates must be well organized, have a strong attention to detail and a passion for design. The candidate should have experience in all phases of the design process.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Required B.Arch or equivalent professional degree
5-10 years well-rounded architectural working experience with all phases of design and construction
Faultless command of AutoCAD, Revit, and Rendering Programs
Model Making and Sketching Ability
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
Strong technical detailing abilities
Experience on complex renovation and new construction projects of refined design
Ability to work well with others under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities
Ability to multi-task projects and establish priorities
Positive service-oriented attitude
